WYPIWYG
IB generates ASP/HTML forms based on the LDA GUI records. The positioning, height and width are taken
directly from the LDA GUI presentation records. This gives the user, using the LDA painter, control over the size
and positioning of all data and display fields. To ensure exact alignment, the LDA GUI form should be painted
with the snap to grip option set ON.

Combo Drop Down boxes is not a
standard presentation type in HTML but IB does implement this presentation
type.
Images (both display and field)
location are controlled by the path specified in the IEWEBS.INI file and
corresponds to the path provided by the IIS web administrator
Text Areas are available in IB by
combining selected fields as a text area instead of individually painted
fields. The maximum characters allowed
will be the sum of the lengths of each sub field. The individual fields are submitted to the host and not as one
large text field.
HTML links can be painted as
displays or can be dynamically created via user written logic in inquiry fields
All list boxes might vary in size due to IE5 changing the height of the list box.
Vertical positioning, horizontal positioning, height and width attributes are taken directly from the EAD/LDA model GUI records. This gives the EAD/LDA painter absolute control over sizing of displays and fields.
